Where can I see the AWEchair in person?
Right now, the AWEchair is only available for purchase on our website only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of any future in-person viewing opportunities.
How do I order a swatch?
You can contact Customer Service at +1 (877) 293-6729, via live chat, or email (info@assistancewithelegance.com) to request a swatch and we’ll be happy to send one to you.
Can I customize my AWEchair?
While full customization isn't currently offered, you can choose from seven colors, multiple finishes, and two sizes to find the perfect AWEchair for you.
What size AWEchair is right for me?
We offer two sizes to accommodate different heights:
- Standard: Best for those 5'2" - 5'7" (34”W x 45.75”H x 34.5”D)
- Tall: Best for those 5'8" - 6'2" (34”W x 47”H x 34.5”D)
When will my chair ship?
We estimate that your AWEchair will ship within 10 business days.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
You’ll receive an email when your AWEchair ships. Then, our delivery team will call you to arrange a convenient time for delivery and setup.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you may make changes to your order within three business days from the placement of your order.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, sorry. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.
Who pays for shipping?
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping with your AWEchair purchase.
What is the warranty on the AWEchair?
With proper care, your AWEchair is designed for years of enjoyment, covered by our 3-year warranty.
Where is the AWEchair manufactured?
Our stainless steel mechanism is engineered and manufactured in Germany. Assembly and upholstery are hand-crafted in Thomasville, North Carolina, USA.

What replacement parts are covered by the warranty?

How do I request a repair?
We're here to help! Contact Customer Service at +1 (877) 293-6729, via chat, or email (info@assistancewithelegance.com) to report any needed repairs. Warranty repairs are free of charge.
Is the AWEchair covered by Medicare or insurance?
The AWEchair is not currently covered by Medicare or insurance plans.
Why am I being charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax is mandated based on your shipping location.
When is my credit card charged?
Your card is authorized when you order and charged when your AWEchair ships.
What currency do you accept?
All prices and charges are in US Dollars.
