As part of our manufacturing process, the leather will stretch as it’s formed to the AWEchair. Because of this, the final color of your leather AWEchair will be lighter than you see on the swatch. (You can get an idea of this effect by stretching the leather in your hands.)
As typical with high-quality, natural materials, the Italian leather will also have some variation in its hue and patina—adding to its unique character and beauty.

The area for your chair should be at least 38 inches wide. Leave at least 14 inches space for footrest to extend. Leave at least 22 inches (Standard) and 25 inches (Tall) of space between the recliner back and the wall.
General instructions for leather and synthetic cleaning
Before cleaning your chair, always unplug it from the electrical outlet. Avoid using excessive liquid during cleaning, as this can damage the electrical components, cords, or motors, and may void the warranty. Ensure the chair is thoroughly dry before plugging it back into the electrical outlet.
Leather care
For regular care and cleaning, dust periodically with a dry cloth to remove residual dust and prevent dirt from building up. No harsh cleaners or solvents should ever be used on natural leather, as they could abrade the surface of the article.
When a spill occurs, contain it as quickly as possible.
For stubborn stains and spills, a lightly damp cloth with warm water should be blotted on the stain to lift and remove it. If this does not work, a mild soap and water solution (Palmolive or Dawn – 3 parts water to 1 part soap) should be mixed and then blotted to release the stain and then blot again with dry cloth. This should never be done heavily or in a scrubbing motion.
Synthetic leather care
A clean cloth, dampened with the appropriate cleaning solution, should be applied to the affected areas as soon as possible. Blot the fabric with the treated cloth, working from the outer edge of the stained area and moving in toward the center. In order to effectively draw out the stain, renew the cleaning cloth as often as necessary to maintain an absorbent surface.
Clean all stained areas as soon as possible in accordance with the recommended stain removal procedures. Spot clean with upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or mild dry cleaning solvent. Hot water extraction or steam cleaning is not a recommended cleaning method. Clean spots or stains from the outside to the middle of the affected area to prevent circling. (see Stain Removal Matrix below).

We don’t offer fully customizable AWEchairs at this time, but you have your choice of 7 color options, multiple finishings, and two sizes. We’re confident you’ll find the perfect AWEchair for you.

Your AWEchair comes with a neck pillow, a knee pillow, a power pack, power cords, a Welcome Packet which contains a welcome card, user guide and warranty card.
What is the lifetime of the AWEchair?
With normal use and proper care, we expect that you will enjoy this chair for many years!
